Flocks follow rainfall & during the rainy times, you will find an abundance of these little birds nesting in the hollows of the River Red Gums along Roe Creek, where we live.

Kathleen Buzzacot
Kathleen Buzzacott is an artist, poet, designer & entrepreneur, of Pitjantjatjara Scottish and English heritage, born in Alice Springs in Central Australia. Kathleen’s fine Central Desert Dot Painting style celebrates her discovery of and connection to her indigenous heritage. Her paintings are of memories of growing up in the bush, storytelling and a joyful celebration of her Aboriginal heritage.
