Not durable at all. Already has a few holes just from normal wear (i.e. people walking on it). On the plus side, it's easy to clean.

Poor quality. Comes folded, not rolled so creases are permanently embedded in the rug even after steaming and ironing. The brown colour on some parts has come off with minimal walking use. Flat weave is so flat that it catches dirt (or anything) terribly.
