We purchased two of these, the first one we installed had the shelving screws in the wrong locations so the shelf would not be straight. We were very confused in the install but ended up removing and repositioning which was difficult as it comes put together so there isn't a lot of room for drilling new holes. The second one was fine.

Easy to put together, great solid unit, unfortunately when the protective film came off the mirror had a fault but once I spoke to temple and Webster they sorted a replacement straight away so five stars for customer service as well as their products
