The item has an unpleasant smell I understand new items do smell but this is very unpleasant and not something you would choose to breathe in bed , either Its the material or the foam or glue but it does smells way too much too use it .I will say it looks nice and the packaging and delivery was all good just its smell .Have not installed it will give it time to air out and hopefully that rectifies
