Arrived pretty fast, easy to put together and the rats like it

Wish this had double doors on both top and bottom to make cleaning easier. Otherwise it is a great size and good quality

Was quickly dispatched, easy to assemble. I wish the doors opened both sides for ease of reach but it is still a good opening. I removed the bottom shelf and added a Perspex box as I found it hard to open the door fully when the plastic tray was in.

This product is wonderful! It shipped faster than expected to my rural location, and it was pretty straightforward to put together. The double doors to both levels mean effortless access to all corners of the cage. Wheels on the base mean easy movement around the house, and small spaces between bars are perfect for smaller animals. I currently keep two rats in the cage, and it is way bigger than it needs to be, but they are delighted to have many levels to play on.

Although the instructions in the box was different to the product, it was super easy to put together anyway but it's definitely best assembled upside down,

I got this for my terminally ill ferret as he is having trouble climbing in his old cage with plastic ramps he cant grip. It is fantastic but the bars are quite wide so i had to spend hours cable-tying yoga mat to the shelves and floors. The latches are spring loaded and very secure. The doors only open on one side, the right hand side of the cage, not both. The left side is welded in place so it is not technically double doors. The middle level has a cut out section in the front but is a great size and leaves plenty of room for pets to run around. This would not be suitable for most small pets without the floors covered though, it is really not safe for them to walk on just the bars. The cage arrived within a week which was fantastic and the staff were very kind and helpful. One part of the cage metal was bent but i was able to fix it. Overall i am very happy with this cage and my little fuzzies are too. Just lost a star for the doors not actually being double doors as advertised. Despite that, it is still very easy to access and clean.
