Care Instructions Details
This rug may have a slight chemical odour which will fade over time; not recommended for high traffic areas; never clean with water or any other liquid; hand made rugs may have 3%-5% slight variation in design, colour, & size, which are not considered defects; colours of the rug will fade with time, even if the material is fade-resistant; direct sunlight will cause faster fading than indirect sunlight; rotating your rug every 3-6 months will distribute the fading more evenly over the rug which reduces the appearance of fading; because rugs are rolled for shipping & storage, they may have creases or curling when first unrolled; creases should disappear within a week or two when the rug is laid out flat; reverse rolling the rug overnight will help to release creases; clean spills immediately; once a stain is set is becomes much more difficult to clean, scrape off any food or debris with a dull instrument; blot the spill with a dry cotton cloth or a clean paper towel; work from the outer edges of the spill towards the centre to prevent spreading; never rub a spill as this forces the spill deeper into the rug; for any stain removal, seek advice from a specialist rug cleaner

Beautiful colour variations in this pink rug. Soft under foot. Perfect in low traffic areas and keeps well if cared for and vacuumed with the grain to avoid loosening fibres. A couple of spills from kids drinks so room is now a ‘kid free’ area- wish us luck! Soak up spills immediately and this rug will last the ages. One of my favourites
