The instructions for attaching the legs are wrong. The tools indicated were a hammer and a manual screwdriver. I had to get my neighbour to attach the legs using a high-powered electric tool, which still required an enormous amount of strength to get the screws into the timber frame. I neither had the tool nor the strength to attach the legs. You may like to change your tool requirements for this chair!

I thought the legs would just screw in easily, they don't. The squares drawn on the base do not line up and unless you have a power drill it's virtually impossible to get them in. Very difficult for a 70 year old to put the legs on, I had to get a handyman to do it.
