The item was good as per description

The delivery guys didn't want to move the package in even though I asked them to. It takes at least 2 people to assemble it. The parts are very hard to clip together because the paddings are protruding.

Beautiful quality great use in office reception area

Soft, comfortable and classy

Ok it is what it is, the vinyl looks pretty fake but ok at a distance. Feels pretty hard to sit on but good if you lay down. I got these as our dogs have a habit of snoozing on the fabric couch and it becomes smelly even if I cover it. These are not my forever couches so will serve a purpose for now. Was easy to put together.

Item price was reasonable. For the life of me I could not get two of the screws in for the legs, but each leg has 4 screws so two of the legs are missing one screw, still totally secure but doesn't point to great quality manufacturing. Material feels pretty cheap and plastic, but I guess you get what you pay for.

This is a good looking and quality couch. We purchased for a clinic situation, needing a wipeable surface and comfortable seating, both ideals being fulfilled - couldn't be happier

Perfect, very happy

Looks beautiful. Much firmer than expected. Easy enough to put together but instruction images do not match the product. The metal parts are rusted which is concerning and disappointing given I had bought a new product, not a second hand or display. Note that behind the cushions is black fabric, not matching tan leather so if the cushions move you can see the black. Sizing is a two seater not 2.5. Much smaller than anticipated. Have only had it for a week so can't comment on longevity.

This lounge fits very into my Queenslander cottage, it is sturdy and comfortable. Arrived exactly as description.

The lounge is perfect in our upstairs bedroom. It was easy to assemble and we couldn't be happier.

Couch arrived in 3 days and was easy to put together. Quality is good and nice that the 4 cushions are separate pieces not attached to couch. As some other reviews have said its on the firmer side but comfortable and a generous 2.5 seater size.

Item well packed and went together easily, finish is very good and as described and pictured. Quality product for a great price. Two issues missing a couple of bolts and also centre support leg so chased up. Delivery driver lied via T&W site that it had been delivered and it wasn't, causing me real worry and then dropped item the following day with no explanation.

I spent hours researching a couch that gave me what I wanted in size (I had a specific space and shallow depth) and comfort for my tiny home. And then I found this gorgeous faux leather option. Easy to assemble. Comfortable. Practical, I can wipe off spills. A beautiful colour. Very good value for money. And it fits like a glove in the space I have. Love it. See for yourself.
