The rug isn't grey and black... It's blue and navy! The photos have been heavily desaturated to the point the photos look brown. My carpet is grey and this rug is blue. When you're buying something online why do I have to take the risk for 'variations of colour'. You advertise a product that is grey, I expect it to be grey.

Photos were consistent with how it is in-person. I like the feel and that it's flatter/not shaggy. Though note hair doesn't super easily vacuum off, it gets a bit stuck, so have to brush it off.
