Being that it was purchased from Temple and Webster I expected higher quality. Generally they only curate quality items. No back support, material flimsy and the seat itself is thin, if I had of known it was this I would have never purchased it!

I rarely find the quality of items ordered on this website to be unsatisfactory however this item has turned out to be low value for money. Some of the plastic covers for the bolts fell out soon after and did not fit well. It was quite difficult to assemble and the wheels do not roll well.
