Does what it should

I have brand new carpet in a house I just moved into. The mat protects very well and makes it easy to move my chair around.

Awesome product, does exactly what it should do. Chair wheels roll smoothly and carpet is protected.

Poor quality. It also keeps on slipping along the floor.

Exactly what it is. Colour is a smokey see though shade. No issues at all.

Functional - mostly does the job although struggles to grip a bit on very plush carpet but blends in well with dark colour

The mat moves and bunches up when you wheel along, it’s a bit annoying but it does the job. The chair is comfortable, but the back rest adjustment is hard to work out.

Great pad for my office chair

The plastic is too thin to support an office chair when placed on carpet, the chair sinks in and is very hard to roll around, which is the point of this mat

I've had it for over a year and it's saved my carpet from the work chair. Works very well. Carpet still looks brand new.

Very slidey... Does need to sit on a warm room to settle flat as it comes rolled up. Only took a few days to flatten completely, but now is perfect.

The floor mat works for my office chair however as it comes rolled up was very hard to unroll and I find the corners have stayed curved.

Low quality rubbish. To provide some possibly useful information for future buyers, my carpet is very low pile, hard wearing, with a 10mm underlay. It's office carpet with underlay basically. My chair is a bog standard office chair with plastic castors. As pert the photo, this mat is soft so your chair will leave dents in the mat. These dents can make it difficult to freely wheel your chair on the mat. The dents also just look ugly. If it didn't wreck my carpet I 'd just have the bare carpet as it's less obvious than the dents. Ironically when you take it out of the packing it is SUPER hard and very difficult to unroll. I'm 6'2" and 93kg and while I didn't struggle, it was far from easy. Leaving it on the concrete in the sun with weights on each corner got it flat in about an hour. Pros? Um, the grippers work well (again, low pile carpet so results may vary) and the translucent black pairs well with dark carpets (mine is charcoal grey for reference). Sadly because I've used it I doubt I can get it back to "as new condition" for a refund, so that's $45 wasted. Back to looking for chair mats. Just what I wanted from life!

These are very stiff and because they are rolled they take a couple of days to flatten out, even with heat applied.

Perfect size. Glad i read the reviews before purchasing too, as these mats come tightly rolled and tricky to unravel. The colour is more of a translucent grey, not black.

A bit too thin for us on our carpet but would be good on a hardwood floor.

Perfect addition to our home office

Mat was delivered rolled up, which made it really hard to flatten and has both ends curled up, which get in the way of the chair.....still after almost three months of daily use. Wouldnt get this again.

Black gripper mats exactly as shown in the photos. Good quality. Great colour. Would have preferred them to arrive flat (but was aware this would not be the case). Applied heat from a blowy heater and hairdryer and was able to soften and unroll 3 x matters fairly easily. Not sure if this is recommended by manufacturer but technique of applying heat worked brilliantly. 3 mats almost perfectly flat and able to be used within an hour of delivery. (would definitely still be tightly rolled without the direct heat).

If the size is a bit wider would be ideal.

A great compliment to any of the T&W desk chairs. Has saved our carpets from ruin! Also works well on rugs, even if they are woven.
