We bought 2 double bases and mattresses and I have got to say as a total insomniac, this bed and mattress has changed my life, the mattress is perfect! The pillow top gives a soft cloud like feel yet beneath is holding firm with the right amount of give. We are so happy with these purchases and highly recommend them to anyone, great prices too. I was a bit sceptical on the mattress in a box concept but am now a believer!

My son gives this 4 stars because he loves it and it is very comfortable.. but took me a long time to build (because of a mistake in the printed instructions).

Great service and delivery. Happy with the product - as pictured and described. Straight forward assembly and looks as upperclass bedroom furniture . The coloured lights also add a special feature and look amazing. Highly recommend Temple and Webster.

The bed frames is just shy of being good- the lighting should have a seperate slot so it has a more seamless and neat finish. The side arms were almost impossible to attach according to the given instructions we had to modify them to make them fit. The gas hydraulic lift does not work

It's a cheap bed, it's REALLY cheap. I mean, I know, you get what you pay for... but the instructions were horrid (half missing). Even with the full instructions that took days to get out of T&W, most of the build was a guessing game. My kid is happy because he now has an LED bed, but I should have spent more money and got a better one. The set up was a total nightmare. I'm quite handy with a flat pack, but I do not recommend this one!

Just the perfect gift for my son’s 16th birthday. Easy to assemble looks great and with the LED lights and storage underneath keeps the bedroom looking tidy. Great purchase.

Placed an order on Nov 28 and it was delivered on Dec 2, so that was great! Took a me a while to assemble as I was doing it solo but everything is labelled as clear as it could be…maybe a few more obvious labels/pictures would help further. I was nervous as the gaslift was stiff/stuck but after assembling it all, putting my mattress on, and pushing down hard, it worked and works well. The velcro LED strip is so handy and a nice feature. I’m enjoying the product, can’t speak on it long term at this moment of course.

Great LED feature. Good gas lift operation and easy to use. I wish the bed head was a little thicker and more padded but for the price it is a great product.

Love the beds, with great storage underneath and easy to put together.. only downside was lights came broken.

We bought this bed 12 months ago for our eldest son and loved it, so we bought another one this month for our youngest son and the quality has dropped significantly. The mattress doesn’t fit properly and just sits on top rather than the in a recess causing the mattress to move around and the slats on the base are quite flimsy. It will be fine for our 8yo but might not be for an adult purchaser.
