T&W delivery etc was all exceptional but I was unfortunately quite disappointed with the actual product. Pre-drilled holes either too big or in the wrong place, windows pre-installed are wonky and ill fitting, places that should have been pre-drilled weren't resulting in split timber. All reinstalled blackboards fell off before I even had it all put together because the screws are too small. I had to do a lot more drilling, fixing, finding different screws etc than I ought for the price. It looks cute and functional now but not good enough for a flat pack product.
