Just love these office chairs, they are elegant, professional and look more like a piece of furniture instead of just an office chair. As they are located in an open office situation they are perfect. Comfort is great!

Comfy and stylish. The locking mechanism is a little loose and doesn't allow a vertical enough position - the chair still reclines a little, even when locked. And then it gives way on occasion, reclining suddenly, and scaring the proverbial outta me.

Easy to put together. Quality is good. I was tossing up getting the one with the armrests, but am happy with this one.

Firm but nice.

Was fairly easy to assemble (you need to lift the chair and place it on the gas operated lift). The wheels were silicone which is great. If you are used to working on a computer and being close to the edge of seat, this chair is going to force you to lay back. I need to use a back cushion/pillow to support my posture. Overall look really executive. There is a feeling of the legs being somewhat squashed on the sides, but the body adapts to that feeling.

Very comfortable chair and I love that it reclines!

Way too narrow and uncomfortable. The chair is really good quality and sturdy but couldn't use it for more than half my work day. The seat is quite narrow so hard to sit in comfortably and I'm a small framed person. The sides press in on your legs and make it hard to get comfortable . You have to sit a fair way forward to get comfortable which then makes your back sit on a strange angle and puts pressure on your lower back. The chair is really stylish and nice and the padding is comfortable enough just those other design faults make it hard for a 6ft average sized guy to sit in. A real shame. The return policy of t&w make it not worth returning the product but unless you are extremely narrow framed or shorter than 6ft i can't recommend this product

Great quality product, quick shipping

Ordered 16 of these chairs for a client for their boardroom. They arrived quickly and were perfect for the space. Will definitely be ordering more from Temple & Webster.

I miss my smaller Eames chair but this one seems to have a bit better back support all the way up my back. Not quite large enough for a 6 foot tall person to sit and tilt their head back. It will lean back over the top of the chair. And it's not that cushioned either, and without any contour on what little cushion there is, it's not a remotely soft chair to sit in. But it is comfy enough, and the large chair width is quite generous. The reclining is not too bad, although its natural balance is way off, so this isn't the kind of chair you can sit in normally and lean when you want to. When the reclining is activated, the chair will lean back 100% no matter how you sit in it. So you either have to have it on, and lean back, or off, and not have the opportunity to lean naturally when you want. Overall, it's a nice chair. I do like it, I sit in it all day, all week, and don't think it's uncomfortable. It looks nice. But I like the other Eames chairs available and this one is too expensive for what it offered me.

This is a nice chair, fairly comfortable, suits the aesthetic of my room and has fairly good back support, which is something I was after. Purchased for a small discount which was helpful. The lack of armrests makes it easier to use as it doesn't bump into my desk.

Pretty firm and narrow. Looks nice, but I don't think you'd ever get that comfortable in it.

The back is hard, you might need to get an extra cushion

Love it! Arrived well packaged and is very sturdy. I once owned the larger Eames-inspired office chair, and although this is not as cushioned, it is much more appropriate for the home office.

I thought it was going to be uncomfortable at first but it is very comfortable for long periods. I do find it a bit wobbly though. Everything is as tight as I can get it, seems to be where the pin for the tilt is.
