The instructions were poorly written and the quality of the finished product is poor, the drawers keep jamming and not opening properly. Terrible product. Instructions aren't even clear. Poor quality, the top two drawers are basically useless. Doesn't do well on carpet and just overall is poor build.

As flat packs go, pretty easy to assemble however the bottom drawer is completely cooked. Wont go in properly. When you finally get it in it only comes out halfway sometimes or other times disengages from the runner and then wont go in at all. Absolute waste of my time putting it all together. It was literally the last piece to go in and is completely useless as a product. Honestly, avoid at all costs if you don't want to waste an hour or more putting it together only to be fooled!

Purchased two of these for my study nook and they do the job. Like others have said, the suspension file size is A4 not the standard foolscap which you could potentially change by drilling a wider hole for the rails. It took me a few goes to get the draws running smoothly. I left the wheels off and added wooden feet to lift the bottom draw off the floor.

Have bought loads of self assembly furniture in the past but this one is way too difficult and time consuming to assemble. Could be made much easier to do with simpler connectors instead of 10's of screws and tiny nails. Parts weren't all square so when assembled lower drawer jams and bottoms of drawers sag and fall out of grooves. Waste of money really!!

The product itself was satisfactory. I've encountered no issues with products from Temple and Webster. However, in this instance, all three items were delivered separately via Australian Post. Unfortunately, the delivery drivers did not attempt to reach out to me, and I was completely unaware of any delivery attempts. This was particularly frustrating as I had dedicated the entire day to awaiting the delivery. Consequently, I found myself making three trips to the post office to collect these rather hefty items which were 20kg each. This situation left me feeling as though the delivery fee was applied without reason. It might be beneficial to consider partnering with alternative delivery services for such significantly heavy packages.
