Beige Timothee Hand-Loomed Wool-Blend Rug

I purchased this rug in both Sage and Beige - I’m including pics of both so people can compare. They are good quality. Will definitely need a non slip underlay on our hybrid floors. The colours are very similar and are both a little greyer than I had hoped. But my house is super warm so that may be highlighting the cool tones. I’ve included a close up comparing the beige rug to the freedom sorrento sofa since every man and his dog has this sofa I thought that could be helpful! Delivered to Perth in only 5 days :)

Great quality rug for the price I paid. Beautiful colour, has warmed up the room nicely. Some jute has come up but it is to be expected with this kind of rug. Would definitely purchase again!

Beautiful but fragile and prickly . I love the look of it, but forget about sitting on it, it looks cozzy but its prickly. It is fragile too, dont know if it is the right word for it, but the loops are coming off already in one day, i have been trying to fix the loops all day. It does look expensive but i really wished it was a but soft.

Love our new Beige Timothy's Hand-Loomed Wool-blend rug from T&W! The loom is bigger than expected, but it feels soft and comfortable underfoot. It is quite thick. We did not purchase an underlay as our furniture will keep the rug in place. The colour is great. Probably little lighter than expected, but it has this almost golden thread woven in. Looks great! The rug is shedding a little bit but it's not an issue. So far we are delighted with our rug, especially given it was purchased sight unseen online. The delivery was also very quick. All round a great experience.

Very happy with the rug. The jute stands out a little more then I expected but its still lovely to stand on and looks great. It is shedding but I expect it will stop soon and it hasn't bothered me.

This is a beautiful rug and feels lovely and soft. I definitely recommend getting an anti slip mat for underneath it to stop it moving around, even with my furniture placed on it. It does shed an amazing amount and my robot vacuum is keeping a workout, but I’m sure that won’t last forever.

Very disappointed with this purchase. The rug I received looks nothing like the photos on the Temple & Webster website. The advertised images show a soft, neutral beige rug with subtle natural fibres. The rug I received has a heavy amount of orange-yellow/brown fibres woven throughout, giving it a much darker, more rustic appearance than advertised. The difference is significant and not something I would consider normal variation. The rug also has an extremely strong chemical smell straight out of the packaging, unpleasant enough to give me a headache. Had the website accurately represented the colour and texture, I would never have purchased this rug. First time disappointed with a T&W purchase.

Lovely and soft underfoot.

The quality is far below what I expected. Straight out of the packaging, multiple loops and fibres were already loose and sticking up from the surface. In several areas, the yarn appears poorly secured, and simply touching the rug causes strands to pull free. The rug also sheds heavily and has an unfinished appearance, making me concerned about how it will hold up over time. If fibres are already pulling out before the rug has even been used, I have very little confidence in its long-term durability. I would not recommend this product based on my experience.

We love the look of the rug, but it feels super itchy even through clothing when sitting on the rug. Kids don't like sitting on it, and we cover it with soft blankets. Plus, it sheds fibers all over the room even after vacuuming several times and makes me feel like we have a dog in the house. So unfortunately, not a fan of this rug. I wish I could return it.

Beautiful quality, super soft and surprisingly durable. Doesn't show up dirt or spills and easy to keep clean even with kids and pets. I just wish I ordered the larger size!

The rug looks nothing like the photos online. It is grey with bronze sisal woven throughout, rather than the beige colour advertised. The quality is also very poor, with numerous pulls and loose threads throughout the rug, which is disappointing given the price.

Love this rug and being all natural materials is the best part.
