Beige Modern Classic Herman Bed Frame

I recently purchased this bed frame and I'm very happy with it! The design is modern and elegant, and the neutral colour makes it easy to match with different bedding styles, it adds a touch of sophistication into my bedroom. The bed frame is sturdy, I made sure to tighten the bolts as well as I could, so the frame does not move or creak. Assembly was straight forward, I recommend categorising the screws and bolts, as this made finding the type straight forward and I only had to unscrew and swap one screw. It took one person just over an hour. My only fault is that the black bed feet are difficult to screw in, and on 2/2 of the feet, I added 3/4 screws due to the screws lining up with a gap. I would repurchase, I've bought a bed from Temple & Webster for a similar price point, and this one is by far superior.

Putting this bed together was a bloody nightmare. This comes from someone who enjoys putting together IKEA items and considers it a triumph if I don’t have to draft in my husband to help. That said this was so awkward to put together, the directions attached were not well thought out, also there were no pre- made holes in the bottom of the frame to attach/ drill the legs in. Gave it 3 stars because of this and the colour is not as shown in the website photos- it’s a darker cream almost brown in real life (as photographed). That said, I do love the style of the bed and now that it’s done I’m happy. But would I do it again? No.

Love this, looks just like the images. There are a lot of pieces to put together but my very un-handy husband and I built this bed in a couple of hours and love it. No dramas. We suck at flat-pack but this was easy enough to assemble with 2 people and the bed looks amazing. The perfect neutral fabric, the bed itself looks impressive. A king bed for this price is a win.

I recently purchased two of these beds. While the overall quality and design are excellent, and delivery was prompt, there were a few issues with the assembly process. The assembly instructions would be more user-friendly if the screws and pieces were clearly labeled to correspond with the manual. One bed was missing a bed slat cap, with only 11 provided instead of the required 12. I had to source an additional cap separately. Additionally, one of the metal base components in the second bed was missing pre-drilled holes needed for attaching the legs, requiring us to drill the holes ourselves. I would suggest a thorough quality check before dispatching products to ensure all parts are included and correctly prepared. This version maintains professionalism while conveying your experience and suggestions clearly.

The only positives see quite a nice headboard and the colour. Quality control issues, very poor construction that can be done without but you’d want a drill. Needlessly intricate and highly time consuming assembly process due to what appears to be a mix of awful cheap parts leading to a flimsy and imprecise final result without even considering QC. Instructions aren’t quite up to date or correct either. It will likely end up in landfill if it ever needs to be moved because I can’t see it being possible reassemble. We’ve bought 3 from T&W including a much cheaper one, and this is by far the worst. Avoid.

Looks good, exactly like the pictures. Timely to assemble, and I don’t know how long lasting it will be with how the slats are put together. Taking it apart / moving it will be an issue so not ideal if it’s going to be moved. But my daughter is very happy with it and it looks great.
