Looked beautiful and soft for about 6-8 months before the shag started to flatten and turn a dirty grey. Cannot get steam cleaned.

Curtains are lovely, soft sheer and have changed the appearance of the room and light to be softer. Rug has beautiful premium feel, as expected it's hard to keep the cream looking completely clean.

Absolutely love this rug! So soft and comfortable and has really softened the space. The colour is a really nice white/cream. Love the colour and love the feel. Bought this because the price was too good not to pass up and it’s a trial rug to see if our geriatric cat will pee on it as she does with anything on the floor except her litter box. So far so good.

The softest and most luxurious rug I have bought to date. A gorgeous addition to my daughter's room she absolutely loves it.

Was actually hesistant to get a shaggy just because they tend to pick up a lot of debris. But I'm super glad I took the risk and bought this rug at an absolute bargain. My dog won't get off it. It's incredibly soft and dense so it doesn't feel like your standard shaggy (the ones that feel like fake fur).

So comfy my toddler now falls asleep on it.

It’s super soft and beautiful, but shredded tiny fluffs(from its threads) and smelt a bit for a little while , but was okay after second vaccum.
