Very happy with the bed, but two of thw main rails were different sizes by about 2 inches, despite being labelled as the same piece. Luckily I was able to get a mate to modify the piece for me as I was sleeping on a mattress on the floor for a few days and support eventually said the part was not able to be replaced at all. Despite that, it is a solid bed that has stood up when needed!!
