The end product is great for the price BUT you have to go through the pain of assembling it first. Terrible instructions, and not all holes lines up .... both common sense and patience is needed!!

Great product! Just as it appears online, and was very easy to build - even with guide marks for where to place the hinges/screws. All even and symmetric once put together, and a really nice fabric!

If I could leave zero stars I would. The hinges and spring arms included are totally incorrect for the ottoman. I have re-adjusted the hinges 3 times now (the almost invisible drill holes are in completely the wrong positions) and I still cannot get the lid to sit flush with the front of the ottoman. The instructions are indecipherable and the lid does not open correctly no matter where I place the hinges. I have given up and gone to the local store to purchase all new hinges and spring arm hardware. Very disappointed - don't waste your money.
