I love Temple and Webster products, never had an issue; however, this time I was a bit disappointed. The chairs are much lighter in colour than the pictures although the main issues are that the chairs legs are not the exact same size, they are not aligned so the chairs wobble a bit (some legs slightly longer or shorter than others), not a major issue once people sit but still it was a surprise when putting them together. Also for one of the chairs we couldn't put the screws correctly because the internal thread was lower than it needed to be so the screws couldn't reach the internal thread, lucky me my hubby found a way to make it work with some extra tools.
