Received our chairs within the time frame that was advised. We put them together without too many issues. Only thing is you advertise them as a beige colour but they are really a cream colour and not the colour swatch on your website. They still suit my decor but making you aware of the colour difference.

Please don’t buy them as the levelling of the chairs is not at all good. As per the assembly manual it says if it doesn’t get leveled up unscrew all nails and then tighten again. Waste of time in assembling it. Poor quality product. Not worth buying it.

Took a while to put together but otherwise a great chair.

Chair required lots of extra work. The colour advertised was completely different, not even close. So just had to paint them. Two of the legs, the riv nuts came out and had to be glued back in. Two mounting holes on the back rest were covered up from the chair leather material, I had to cut this away to allow the bolts though. Only positive is once all repaired and painted they look good and are comfortable to sit on. The company did contact me, and gave a very lame political excuse regarding the colour "Our website is designed to give the best possible visual representation of the items featured in our catalogue. While we endeavour to best capture the true-to-life product colours in photographs, it is worth bearing in mind that colours can vary between monitors, devices and lighting conditions" (The colour difference is not even remotely close and box label states black leg's??). They offered me to return the item and offered a refund at store credit, not including postage. not worth the time for return to then only have to wait to purchase more chairs, would be a month turn around.

Very nice and comfy chairs! Look good with our new dining table. They were a little tricky to assemble as the screws didn’t catch well to the holes.

Great chairs but a real pain to assemble the legs. The bolts and screw holes don't line up well and it takes ages to get them lined up without stripping the threads. My two older sons took over an hour to assemble these 6 chairs between them.

The back of the chair is held together with 5 screws.Not sturdy enough. Each time u lean back on the chair it feels like the chair is bending further back. Needs more security.

Chairs were a little tricky to put together but worth it! They look great and are very comfortable.

I am very disappointed in those chairs. The finish is very bad. I have bought a lot from Temple and Webster and that’s the very first time i am not happy with my purchase. Very poor quality.

Great chairs! Excellent value for money. Foam could have been better & can look & feel flimsy. Can be tricky to assemble & definitely will take a while. End of the day, you get what you pay for. Still a great affordable option. SOLID 3.5 STARS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️✨
