I have stenosis in my neck and lower spine. Do not recommend this pillow for anyone with neck problems. It's as hard a rock very uncomfortable & painful to rest your head & neck on. Sleeping on this pillow caused a 3 day migraine & pinched a nerve in my neck and back. A waist of money do not recommend.
