This shower head looks great, and functions well. I use rain shower head all the time, and I've had guest use the other shower head with no complaints. It switches over with no problems, and the holder for the removable head stays in place well. The clamping mechanism for the movable shower head is not perfect, but it's much better than most showers. It is not perfectly square and that irritates me- the support "slumps" slightly, but honestly it's not much, and on so many shower heads like this the adjust mechanism slips all the time or won't hold the head properly- that's not the case here, it works well. I'm quite fussy about my shower heads and this is quiet and elegant and I like it.
