Disappointed – Product Looks Nothing Like the Photos I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. The rug that arrived looks nothing like the product shown in the photos on the website. The colours, pattern, and overall appearance are completely different from what was advertised, making it very misleading. I specifically chose this rug based on the images provided, and what I received was not what I expected at all. It has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, especially after waiting for delivery and looking forward to receiving it. I expected much better quality control and more accurate product representation from Temple & Webster. Based on this experience, I have lost confidence in purchasing from them again and will not be using Temple & Webster in the future. I would not recommend this product to others unless the product images are updated to accurately reflect what customers will actually receive.
