I have been using the desk daily to work from home and so far so good. I bought this desk for the price point since it was much more reasonable than a lot of other similar options. I think the materials are sturdy and the motor that brings the desk up and down is smooth. The reason for the mark down is the assembly, my partner put the desk together for me and he did have to drill additional holes for the screws. I definitely would have struggled to put it together on my own.
