The unit arrived faulty - one bolt does not connect to one of the foot poles - therefore cannot be used. Temple and Webster have sent a replacement unit and that one has done exactly the same thing also so now I have two rowers taking up my garage floor in pieces both cannot be used. Waste of time and money!!

I love this rowing machine. It is sturdy, has perfect tension, the handle is comfortable and the seat is ergonomically designed so no pain from sitting to do a decent rowing workout for extended periods.

It is not quite as solid as I had hoped. I was replacing a rower purchased from Aldi about 7 years ago and I don't think this one at 3 times the price is as solid or responsive as that one. It works was easy to put together but it mostly a plastic material so does not seem to be as robust as my previous machine.

Okay for price. You can’t set a time or distance objective and the distance doesn’t seem to be calibrated properly. Okay for mid price but definitely a few shortcomings.
