We got hooked on bidets after visiting Japan. This one works well and looks good. We did have trouble with the original product which leaked at the head but super prompt and efficient replacement service by temple & Webster has the second one working perfectly and we have two more in the other bathrooms. . Also doubles as a bathroom hose in smaller ensuite . Great idea for cleaning floors .
