Alexa 5 Drawer Tallboy

I was surprised by how much this holds. Also how heavy it is. I love the colour and how it has lightened and modernised my bedroom. Putting it together was ok although I can imagine without an electric screwdriver it would be a nightmare. It loses a star because the backing board came in two pieces not one as per the instructions. There was nothing to join the two together or reinforce it. Once together it’s not a big deal but it would definitely benefit from a simple slide on joinery. Overall I’m happy with the look and the value for money.

Solid quite heavy inside the drawer is considerably smaller than expectec as front facade of the drawer makes it look deep but the side of the drawer is in fact only abt half the depth of the front leaving less storage capacity

Looks good but a shocking product. Instructions where hard to read and the draws themselves aren't "aligned" and don't lineup. The fix is to reassemble and maybe put the draws in a rig to ensure they are assembled square.

Easily assembled. I love the colour, masses of storage, the drawers open and close beautifully. I ordered another one Friday night. We have the entire bedroom suite and it looks wonderful

An awesome product - easy assembly and sturdy construction, great value for money and complements the rest of the room nicely. Arrived ahead of schedule which was a bonus! Very spacious as well. Only thing that could have improved it slightly is perhaps a little smoother tracks but some WD 40 has helped with this!

Didn’t expect it to come as a flat pack and it flimsy when put together. Drawers don’t open or close at all smoothly.

Love my new bedroom furniture. Fairly easy to assemble would have been better if the screws were labelled a,b,c etc as opposed to a code when some screws look the same Great quality

Wwhen they finally arrived when putting the units together we came across the following defects: 1. some of the back panels were chipped and corners were damaged, back panels did not have a joiner down the middle or anything to secure the middle of each panel to, just remained loose and floppy. 2. On one of the units the bottom drawer did not slide in completely and was unable to close the drawer properly. 3. The rollers on both sets of drawers are very poor quality and don’t glide smoothly you have to pull & push with some force to get open or to close. 4. Drawers did not line up properly with the drawer above or the side of the unit when closed. In summary, bought two (2) not worth the $360each, very poor quality and will not ever spend a $dollar of my hard earned money on anything from Temple & Webster

Delivered very fast. Wasn't aware that they are laminate, but for what they are they look nice and are functional. Super easy to assemble. Reasonably happy.
