Pros: Once assembled, it’s a lovely bed frame. The colour is linen, very nice neutral tone.Great price. Very sturdy if built correctly. (I would suggest using power tools to ensure it’s strongly assembled and fastens the assembly time.) Great storage underneath! Cons: Horrible instructions and unclear diagrams. Some of the pieces didn’t even have numbers on them so you had to guess. I had to undo the whole thing 3 times from making one mistake. I’m normally good with flat packs but this was horrible! The strap to lift the bed up snapped within the first week. So now have to get hands under and lift, quite difficult for a king size bed as it’s very heavy. Also, the lift mechanism doesn’t hold the bed up… I have to use a mop stick to hold it up so I can put things away. Maybe because of the weight of a king bed, or it could just be faulty. I tried to contact temple and Webster with my concern and found it very difficult.

Absolutely perfect, structurally well made and didn’t pay $900 from a bed shop. The height is sublime and lift up function with gas struts is a bonus!! I would suggest allowing 3hrs to put together as instructions are not as easier as they could be. My husband is a qualified tradie and said for the every day person they would struggle to understand putting it together. Would purchase again!!

Awesome bed with lots of storage space underneath which the gas lift makes it so easy to access. Very sturdy and the fabric is lovely. The only thing wrong was a couple of the holes for the gas lifts didn't match up and had to be drilled. It took my son about an hour to put it together. Very happy with my purchase and the price .

We just purchased this queen size storage bed base. The bed was delivered in two separate boxes that included all the necessary parts to build the bed, it also comes with some tools but a screwdriver is also required to complete the work. All parts are labelled (number/Letters) and the instructions are easy enough to follow. The time taken to build the bed base was 3 hours with everything working as it should. The fabric colour is exactly what is shown on the website and the price we paid was well worth it. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase.

Really good bed and gas lift for the price. It's more beige compared to the photo which I actually prefer. It also has more padding under the fabric so softer than I initially thought. Instructions were ok but some parts, particularly assembling the internal metal frame, were not very clear. I assembled it by myself so manageable for 1 person. Overall very happy with this product.

I have loved all my T&W purchases, however these bedside table were a little disappointing, but not unreasonable for the price. One of the catches broke when I was putting it together, but it seems sturdy without it (time will tell). One leg was super tough to screw on, needed a drill. The finish looks a little cheap (because it is) but they are functional and work well in the space. Drawers run smoothly.
