Great chair for my husbands gaming room, he likes how it lights up the same as his gaming desk. Perfect birthday gift.

Great chair, received quickly. Easy to assemble

It came missing a screw for the arm so one of the arms does not attach and unless you have the massage feature on its super uncomfortable!

Not overly fond of this chair... its uncomfortable for long sittings... just get a massage chair if thats what you need, or just get an office chair

Unfortunately, this chair didn't last long. The lights didn't work at all and the massage setting was actually uncomfortable. Would not recommend this product.

Not at all comfy, rarely use the “massage” feature - which is basically just vibration. Cushioning is very thin, and the extension for feet doesn’t tuck away properly. Feels cheap.

Good initially but has worn very poorly. Fabric has torn and peeled from less than two years of normal use.

Uncomfortable for adults

Not even 6 months and the base has broken, with 2 wheels falling out.

I ordered it thinking it would be soft and comfortable, given that it is a gaming chair. However it is very firm, and the handles are a little flimsy. Plus it makes a large squeaky noise from the cushion every time you sit on it.
