Comes vacuum sealed in a box so make sure you have room let the mattress expand on a flat surface. Instructions also recommend letting sit for a number of days before usage so take that into consideration if you want to use it immediately. I’d say firmness is more on the side of hard than medium but I like that. So far so good |
