Maybe they need a weight requirement, the legs should be one supporting piece for more strength not each separate or at least made out of stronger material. The recliner lever stop working after a week.

Chair is relatively comfy as far as desk chairs go. Foot rest is great. Negatives: the arms rests are a bit flimsy. The massage settings were disappointing as it just vibrates. If you’re looking for a massage chair I would suggest exploring other options. If it wasn’t so bulky I would probably return it.
