Exactly as pictured. Nice light grey material and soft to touch. Comfortable enough. Easy to keep clean. Width of seat is not overly wide but works for all sizes! Plus I needed to place sticky pads at the end of steel legs to prevent scratching floor boards. Overall I am very happy with the look and feel of these kitchen stools.
