I absolutely adore these wooden barstools. They look great in my newly renovated kitchen, I was looking everywhere for crossback barstools without the rattan seats and who knew it would be so hard to find but I finally found them at Temple & Webster. The only thing that bugged me about one of the chairs is a small mark on the back of it that looks like there was a stamp or sticker there at one point. There's no damage to the chairs otherwise and they arrived in great time.

These stools look fantastic, however 5 out of the 6 purchased were damaged. All in the same spot, the cross bar on the back. We believe it’s to do with the bending of the timber to form the cross back. T & W have been relatively easy to deal with, replacements have arrived. However surely we are not the only customers that this has happened to, maybe they only publish the reviews that don’t mention this fault?
