These stools look fantastic, however 5 out of the 6 purchased were damaged. All in the same spot, the cross bar on the back. We believe it’s to do with the bending of the timber to form the cross back. T & W have been relatively easy to deal with, replacements have arrived. However surely we are not the only customers that this has happened to, maybe they only publish the reviews that don’t mention this fault?
