Purchased 4 of these stools. one of them was quite rocky because the legs didn't sit flat on a level surface. Another not so bad. Had these been $50 stools, then that would be acceptable, but these stools are $209 each. At that price I expect the stool to sit sits perfectly on all 4 legs without rocking, but 2 of the 4 didn't. That's a 50% failure rate in my opinion. To get the rockiest stool sorted, I had to remove the original felt protectors and use different thickness felt floor protectors under 2 of the legs. It improved the rocking a little but still not right. For the expensive price paid for a stool, that is not good enough. thus their one star rating. |
