The stools look amazing and are quite comfortable and sturdy, but the cord on the bottom of one of the stools wasn't secured the way the other was. The shipping was also a lot more expensive to send to one suburb in Auckland compared to another (the suburbs are a 15 minute drive from each other), so I had to send them to a friend. The shipping took longer than expected, there were little to no shipping updates for a long time and it was difficult to navigate the site to get information on shipping. Really happy with the stools, not happy with the shipping and comms.
