Easy to assemble, comfortable to sit on and fits perfectly under our island bench. Only disappointment is that the feet are plastic not rubber and not flat so I can’t stick felt on them to prevent scratches on my new floor.

Absolutely love my new stools, they compliment my kitchen and many friends & family have also complimented not only the look but comfort too. They are extremely comfortable. Delivery was extremely prompt and assembly was super easy!

First let's talk about the packaging. The chairs were wrapped in this bandage-line material, over and under with random loops of tape so you couldn't possibly find an end - you had to pull it off, a bit at a time. There was no way to use a knife or scissors without damaging the chairs. You might be tempted to think something so wrapped up might survive transit well, but you would be wrong. The wrapping's sole job was to prevent damage to the white coating on the chairs. It failed - I had several areas of paint/coating damage. Then, no instructions. There was minimal assembly but a few oddities like multiple types of washers and no way to know what order to put them in. The screw holes were covered in these felt "feet" which aside from coming off in the packaging and sticking to the plastic in an unremovable way, they seem to serve no purpose (which I guess is lucky, as I couldn't recover them all). They don't fit on the existing rubber feet (wrong shape), so what are they for? Trying to attach the cushions to the chair requires removing a layer of "paper" off these sticky dots. I say "paper" and you're probably imagining that wax paper that is on the back of 99% of stickers. No, I'm not sure what this was made of but I'm guessing possibly glued together dandruff flakes or possibly old pain flecks off a 1960s weatherboard house. They had no edge to speak of so good luck getting them off. I used a razor blade. When you find an edge, the "paper" just turns to dust and you're back at square one. After an hour and a half of dealing with no instructions and basically everything about the packaging that led me to believe I may have a hidden camera in my house filming me for an upcoming comedy show, the chairs look quite nice. The "cushions" add absolutely nothing to the comfort (they are basically paper thin) but on the plus side they did contribute about 40 mins to the build frustration and about $300 to the price (there are chairs at half the price with the only difference being they have no "cushions"). Would I recommend these chairs... No. Just no.

Perfect chairs for our home.

These chairs simply look better in the pictures than in real life up close, and at home, they look are good from far away. The tractor seat shape is generous but doesn't support at all. The faux leather pad has very cheap foam inside, and attaches by stick on Velcro. The rubber feet are actually hard plastic and scratch timber floors. They are attached via screws which is nice, but they attached ours after wrapping the steel frame, ughh. So had to disassemble the feet to remove the wrapping. The screws provided to attach the seats to the frame are very short, I guessed 3 to 4 threads of engagement. Overall, I don't think the pricing reflects the quality and value, and cannot recommend this product. I feel a bit duped myself.

Stools are beautiful and look great in my room. Very comfortable and sturdy.

We are so happy about our new stools. Its height, comfort and stability is what I was looking for. The low back gave a modern style to my kitchen and still give the right support when we sit on it. Since we usually have our meals in our kitchen counter. These stools make us comfortable during our meal time. It’s a great addiction to our kitchen.

Purchased white stools with a white kitchen with timber floor. Needed additional felt to protect timber floor. Cushion pads look as though they need to be stuck on but I have left them sitting on the seat loosely. Kids make a bit of mess so it’s best to wipe clean by removing the pad. Good value.
