The timber was simply too hard to screw in the necessary brackets. It was so challenging, that any effort to apply more force to the screws broke a metal screw in half.

The draws are cute and go well in my daughters ‘preppy’ room. Has lots of pieces to put together so I recommend having a Phillips head screw fastener or drill bit to make the job quicker.

Timber legs are not square, and the screws provided are poor quality. I suggest that you replace these with your own before assembling. Footrest is poorly designed and not fit for purpose. I anticipate that with pressure and time these will dislodge/snap off. Spend your money elsewhere.

Definitely need a better screwdriver than the one included. Also the screws for the footrest were too long and impossible to screw in. I bought slightly shorter ones and they worked a treat. Now it's put together I am very happy.

The wholes are not aligned and if you install it the chair becomes wobbly. This affected 2 of my 4 chairs so maybe it was a faulty batch . The ones we managed to put together were really good!

Love these stools, pretty easy to put together and they are as good as they appear in the picture. I have big boys at home and the stool feel really sturdy. Order came quickly, overall very happy with my shopping experience with T&W

These look great and are still going strong 12 months later but they were initially a bit challenging to put together.

Very disappointing. Extremely awkward to put together. The foot rest bars are very difficult to screw in because the holes and wooden legs don't match up. Two screws have already snapped off and are stuck. We haven't been able to secure any of the foot bars. They look very unsafe.

I love these stools! They were easy to assemble and have been an attractive yet practical addition to my kitchen bench!

Very happy with the look in the end, however the black screws supplied broke during assembly and one leg had splintered but we fixed with glue.

Good solid copies, takes about 10 mins to assemble each chair I also have the originals and these compare rather well They are solid to sit on
