Well made and sturdy - I've had 6 men sit on it with no issues. Easy to put together, quick and careful delivery and packaging. My only gripe is a couple of slightly visible paint imperfections that have been touched up with what appears to be a white marker or similar.

Really happy with the table with how the table looks; It's beautiful and suits our space perfectly. It was easy to put together and it's easy to clean. Because it's aluminium, it's really cold to sit on when the weather is cooler. My only gripe was that there was only one person to deliver it. Because of that, the box was really bashed up by the time it got to the door and there is a few small scrapes on the edges of the table.

The product design looks great, have had several compliments on it but the build quality let's it down. I waited 4 months between order and delivery for this item due to COVID delays which counted for some of the product issues such and scratches and dings during extended transit (T&W gave me a rebate on the total cost to make up for this rather than waiting for another one), some of the other issues were due to poor quality control of the manufacturer e.g. mounting brackets had not been welded equally and aligned properly, not even spacing between slats, and slats not all welded level. Also the end of each slat has a plastic cap, not a metal finish. With some tweaks I managed to level out the table and it does look very nice as long as you don't inspect it too closely. On the positive note being Aluminium it's nice and light to move when desired but heavy enough to withstand moving by strong winds, doesn't need to be stained to keep it in good condition and is something that cannot be chewed by my dogs. |
