I have Scoliosis and Fibromyalgia and often use baths to sooth. Using normal bath salts so often is a nightmare - strips my skins oils and leaves me with irritation and in hotter months reactive dermatitis. This stuff was MAGIC. Even with more frequent use I found it easy on my skin, as soothing as any other bath salt product I have ever used an relaxing with a wonderful gentle but aromatic fragrance. I absolutely recommend it.
