I’m really really upset by the lack of care from temple and Webster about this product. I spent approx 3k on 12 different items including this. I’ve had only two issues. One was solved so quickly because the parts were incorrectly manufactured (mirrored). My other issue was with this terrible terrible product. Do not buy. No cord, instructions or warranty. I work in IT and manage to get a cord because the temple and Webster people didn’t answer me. The damn thing lights up but still does not work. What. A. Waste
