Gorgeous shallow cast iron, I use this pan for everything, from eggs to pancakes, stirfrys, pasta, bakes and even my chicken- this cast iron has replaced 3 of my current pans (saving on space)- highly recommend spending the money as this is a core kitchen item for me. |
