This is an excellent swing. I bought it a few months ago and am perfectly happy with the purchase...some of the nut covers fall off once in a while, but other than that, it is great...

This swing was certainly the best we could find on the market. Many others were flimsy and had thin hard cushions. I wish the arm tests were wider as our old swing had. The Velcro attachment of canopy however is a definite improvement. Overall a very satisfactory purchase and worth the higher price

Took time to assemble but the swing is very nice and comfy

Swing is quite nice however when assembling the chair the webbing was overlapping each of the four places for screws. It was VERY difficult to move the webbing due to how strongly it was strung (good thing) so we had to gently slice of some of the plastic at each hole so that the screws could sit correctly on the pole and so that they could be tightened. This part took a great deal of work and strength.

This is a quality product. Well made and sturdy. Checked out others available but decided on this one. It is worth paying the price for this quality! Really delighted with it.

Such beautiful and comfortable furniture.We all fight for the spot on rocking chair especially my teen in the house as he gets to seat in comfort on his own. Highly recommend!

Love the swing seat, the only improvement I would like is a higher back rest to support the head.

The chair is exactly what we wanted in terms of size and look. Unfortunately, some of the bolts weren't quite long enough/ didn't fit in the spaces they were supposed to (we checked multiple times with the instructions). The first time we sat on it, the chair fell backwards. We ended up replacing the bolts at the bottom back of the chair part of the swing to a longer bolt that allowed for more thread to attach and the chair has been fine since. Overall, pretty happy with the swing.

This chair is sturdy, I did think the cushions would be a bit thicker padded, this is why 4 star. Delivery was quick, even though the day they were meant to deliver, they did not put it on the truck, it did come the following day.

Very comfortable and reliable. We have now 5 years later. The cushion is starting to wear a little.

Delivered with in few days and easy to assemble but need two people to assemble and we love it

Part numbers are not labelled each piece and can be difficult to interpret instructions.

The seat is excellent and I would have rated it 5 star if not for a manufacturing fault. One of the brackets on the top bar that holds the chair was welded upside down. Rather than send back I drilled a hole in the bracket which was easy for me but may not have been for others. Sit on the chair every evening with a wine in hand.

i had a few issues with this item being the R/H spring mount bracket had been welded upside down had to drill a new hole also one of the frame bolts had no thread had to put a normal bolt in

Great quality product - instructions as good as normal (so ok but not great). Only quibble at all is that the colour is quite a bit different to that shown on the T&W website). Much darker

Tracking was accurate, the swing was delivered intact and was relatively easy to assemble. Love the swing, very sturdy as it stood totally undamaged in the wild weather recently experienced in Melbourne. Having a swinging good time everyday.

Great sturdy swing. Very happy with it. It does not look bulky. Still struggling to see the colour grey at times but nevertheless a very nice colour. We haven't put the canopy so we get more sun. It is optional.

Love my swing seat. It did have a small scratch on one of the pieces and a small gouge on another piece. I have spent quite a few pleasant moments just relaxing.

Our chair arrived beautifully packed with each component separately wrapped. The instructions were easy to follow. The swing chair has transformed our balcony which has now become a wonderful outdoor room in which to relax in comfort and enjoy Springtime in Sydney

Comfortable and easy to put together, however the tools provided are not up to scratch, and the sun cover is slightly too small to fit over all four corners of the roof fully.

The ordering process was really good as was the delivery. I've had one of these specific chairs previously and sold it when moving interstate. This is the replacement that I couldn't get quick enough. This chair is sturdy, comfortable and very relaxing.

Gorgeous swing, looks really lovely in my parents’ yard. Frame is super solid and attractive, the seat is comfortable and the thick cushions are a huge bonus. The canopy is also really generously sized. Definitely recommend!

We were sent the wrong colour swing seat. I advised Temple & Webster of their mistake but have had no reply. I love the swing seat. It is very comfortable to sit on. It was reasonably easy to put together. I would recommend this product.

Solid structure, good materials and nice design also easy instructions to set up.

Been looking for something like this for ages, the seat is big and strong and can comfortably hold 3 people (plus the dog!)

Some of the screws snapped when assembling together. Luckily we could source some replacements from a local hardware store.
