250g shellac flakes are a natural resin finish that produces the classic look of antique timber. When mixed correctly, shellac can be brushed on, sprayed on, or French polished to create soft natural surfaces with a warm amber glow. It brings out the rich warmth of wood grain, provides depth of colour, and also acts as an excellent sealer. The finish offers good clarity and compatibility with most finishes, and it's easy to rub down and repair with additional shellac.
