Material quality is excellent. The build was easy. Aesthetics just fine. As repeat T&W customers the only "small critisism" is the same as with other prurchase, "small size". They feel 5-10% smaller than expected. Most notable when a larger person (6' 1", 95kg) sits in them.

As I read on other comments, overall it is a good product, but assembly was difficult due to poor alignment of the threads on the frame to enable easy insertion of the fixing bolts. One bolt I have still not managed to fit. Both chairs had the same issues. Not to the standard I have been used to from other products purchased from Temple and Webster

Pretty disappointed really. The instructions were terrible and it took a long time to assemble. Table impossible to get as holes won't line up properly. Can't be used as displayed because recliner latch is on same side of both chairs.

Perfect chairs for my backyard, but are tricky to put together

Instructions are very difficult to follow to build the chairs. Next time I’ll definitely not buy flat packs with complicated building requirements

Love this set! My in laws always fall asleep on it in the sun ;)

Love my new chairs. Very comfortable and stylish. Perfect for relaxing and reading. The first one I put together myself, it was a long laborious job, the instructions could have been a little clearer; the second one was a breeze. However, all worth the effort, I am so happy. Super efficient communication and deliver from T & W.

This product is high quality. Delivery was fast. However the wrong wicker colour was sent and the assembly instructions were wrong.

Very good abd comfortable

I love these chairs they are stylish and so comfy. They are recliners so even better. They were a little fiddly putting together but the instructions helped a lot! Love my new chairs

Not easy to assemble

Instructions not very clear . Setting very comfortable and looks good .

One of the chairs was very hard to put together as the items did not line up properly and you had to go against the instructions to get the mechanism to work. Also disappointing that the legs cannot be raised apart from reclining the top. You can only raise the legs if you also recline. As a chair it is a comfy seat
