I really like this product, it arrived fast and my cat loves it. A couple of pieces did arrive broken and unusable- emailed them and they said they would be in touch with me and never got back. My cat loves his new castle!! It took him a little bit of time to feel confident to climb up to the top as the tree is a bit unstable and moves a bit but nothing to be worried about as it is quite tall. Easy to ensamble, nice soft materials, I would say that it's great for medium cats (mine is 6.7 kg). Hopefully it last for a while
