I really like this product, it arrived fast and my cat loves it. A couple of pieces did arrive broken and unusable- emailed them and they said they would be in touch with me and never got back. I would be really disappointed if my cat didnt love it how it is. Its good quality nonetheless and looks really nice. Good price too

disappointed in the quality of the item. installed the cat tree and not even a day and the top two stand pieces have broken off. weak point in the design and not stable enough. unable to put put back on.

My cat is so happy with her new scratching pole. It’s solid and big .

The bottom harness/swing broke in 3 days and the top scratching pole all the material has fallen off.

Good height for cats to feel superior :-) Didn't install the tallest triangle ledge - too tall and wobbly for the cats to jump to/from. Rest of the tower is solid and safe.

Great quality - very sturdy. Easy to put together. My 6 month old kitten loves it!

Easy to assemble. However, top of box has no visible hole to attach top tower without cutting through fabric, affecting the overall aesthetic. Not the best quality for price your paying, but good enough.

My cat loves his new castle!! It took him a little bit of time to feel confident to climb up to the top as the tree is a bit unstable and moves a bit but nothing to be worried about as it is quite tall. Easy to ensamble, nice soft materials, I would say that it's great for medium cats (mine is 6.7 kg). Hopefully it last for a while
