Great water machine, was on the lookout for a machine that wasn’t too big and still did the job.

Works great up in Ballarat where the water doesn't taste very good. Can't live without it.

For starters this thing is HUGE, very unnecessary tall since the white cap at the top serves little purpose but to add extra height. I've also had a few issues with leaking. If the bottom tank is full and there is any water in the top tank to process then water will leak between the two seals as it's just plastic on plastic with no rubber to hold the water pressure in. So you essentially need to either not fill it all the way or when it's full take out water from the top tank so it doesn't leak while you're living your life not worrying about a water filter leaking water all over your house like a normal person...
