The mattress topper was delivered quickly and came vacuum sealed in small box which was very convenient for moving around. I opened it up and laid it on the bed, within an hour it was fully inflated. It has completely transformed my crappy mattress. Very excited to sleep on it tonight.

Very comfortable and high enough that I don't sink through to the bottom. 60kg density, would have preferred 70-80kg density but this is still really good

We bought a fairly expensive matress about 6 months before which was a hard mattress. I had been getting a bad back every morning after waking up for an hour or so. After purchasing this I sleep better and my back has been perfect. I’ve not had a memory foam mattress before. Very soft. Very comfortable. Moulds around your body. Would recommend to anyone who likes soft but supportive!

Very soft but its too think with no zoned support. Which means you just sink into it with bad posture. Had to take it off the bed after only a week of use

Amazed by the quality of the topper and the comfort it has added to a very ordinary hard mattress. Completely changed the bed to a great sleep at night for a fraction of the cost of a new mattress. Highly recommended.

Received this product in a timely manner. It was to top a mattress in a guest bedroom . The quality is good .Several guests have used so far and said they slept well and it is very comfortable.One guest thought it was comfortable but too soft . We are happy with our purchase .

Way too soft. The goal was to get better sleep but the outcome is the opposite. Quality hasn't met our expectations as it's a fairly expensive item. Very disappointing. Used it for 1 night only and bought another topper. First bad experience with T&W though.

Exceptionally comfortable and easy to install. Made my terrible matress into a great night sleep.
