Such a great oil, amazing how well it helps me drift off to sleep and I always wake up with heavy lids knowing I have a very deep sleep. Happens every time I use this oil, strange and amazing for sleep behind the ears and on the wrists, a drop on the pillow too. Amazing!!!!
